Soda Feldspar

Soda feldspar is a term used to describe the sodium-rich variety of the alkali feldspar group. It is one of the most common rock-forming minerals and constitutes about 7% of the Earth’s crust.
It is used as a flux in ceramics and glassmaking, as a filler in paints and plastics, and as a source of sodium in the production of some chemicals.
